WaterWare Internet Services Acquired by Xerox

San Jose-based WaterWare Internet Services, a provider of systems engineering for the document management industry, has been acquired by Xerox, Xerox said today. Financial terms of the asset acquisition were not disclosed. The two have been working together since 2003.
