Webfortis Acquired By Avtex

San Francisco-based Webfortis, a developer of customer relationship management software based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has been acquired by Minneapolis-based Avtex. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Avtex, which provides technology deployment and consulting, said the acquisition will further extend its business. Webfortis was led by Marc Wolenik.
