Wireless Infrastructure Firms Merge

WPCS International, a provider of engineering services for communications systems and wireless infrastructure, said Thursday that it has acquired Empire Electric, based in West Sacramento, California. The deal was worth $2M in cash. WPCS said that Empire Electric is projected to have $9M in revenues for its year ending October 31st, 2007. Both firm provides implementation of wireless communications sites.
