Zannel Gets Investment
San Francisco-based Zannel, a stealth "multimodal social entertainment network" startup, has received venture capital funding. The funding was revealed Tuesday by Palomar Ventures, a Santa Monica-based venture capital firm, in its appointment of two new partners to the firm. No other details of the company were released, however, the new company is headed by Adam Zbar, former VP of North American Distribution at WorldRes, and includes a number of executives from Infospace.
