Zuora Buys Leeyo

San Mateo-based subscription billing software Zuora announced this morning that it has acquired Leeyo Software, a developer of revenue recognition automation software. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Leeyo's flagship product is Leeyo RevPro, a cloud-based software used by companies to make sure their revenue recognition is compliance with the ASC 606 and IFRS 15 standards. Leeyo Software was based in San Jose, California, and was led by CEO and founder Tien Tzuo.
