Zynga Buys Serious Business

San Francisco-based social gaming firm Zynga said Thursday that it is acquiring fellow San Francisco firm Serious Business, a creator of Facebook games. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Serious Business is a developer of Friends for Sale, and is backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners.
