Acompli Acquired By Microsoft

San Francisco-based email app maker Acompli has been acquired by Microsoft, in a deal which is reportedly worth north of $200M. Acompli develops email apps for iOS and Android, and was venture backed by Redpoint Ventures. The company had started only eighteen months ago, and had tied its software deeply into Office 365.
