Adknowledge Buys SocialWeekend Labs

San Francisco-based Adknowledge said Monday tha tit has acquired SocialWeekend Labs (Montipay), which develops Facebook and mobile applications focused on helping developers find users. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. According to Adknowledge, Socialweekend'ts team will join the firm's office in San Francisco. SocialWeekend was founded by Shane Walker, Andrew Tso and Fariz Chowdhury, and was venture backed by Great Oaks Venture Capital.
