Amtel Acquired By NetPlus, StoneCalibre

Santa Clara-based mobility and expense management software developer Amtel has been acquired by NetPlus and private equity backer StoneCalibre, the companies said today. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Amtel is a developer of enterprise mobility, BYOD, and expense management software. NetPlus is based in Gaithersburg, MD, and provides commercial and government telecom infrastructure management.
