Apieron Lands Series D

Menlo Park-based Apieron revealed Monday that the firm has received commitments from Alliance Technology Ventures, Canaan Partners, Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Onset Ventures--all existing investors in the firm--for a Series D round. Funding in the round was not disclosed by the firm, however, recent regulatory filing by the company indicate it has raised $5.9M out of an overall, $16.0M round in recent weeks. Apieron is developing a medical device for treating people with asthma, based on non-invasive monitor of exhaled nitric oxide. More information »
