Apigee Sets Estimated IPO Pricing Range

San Jose-based Apigee has set its estimated initial public offering price, saying this morning that it now expects to offer up 5,115,000 shares of its common stock at between $16.00 and $18.00 per share. The company has filed to go public on the NASDAQ Global Select Market as APIC. Apigee had filed for an IPO on March 23rd. The company is backed by Norwest Venture Partners, Bay Partners, Third Point, and Wellington Management.
