Apple Buys Musicmetric For Music Analytics

Cupertino-based Apple has acquired a UK-based software company, Musicmetric, which develops music analytics software. The deal is reportedly worth around $50M. Details on the deal have not yet been announced by the companies. The deal was first disclosed in regulatory filings in the UK.
