Apple Buys Shazam For Reported $400M

Cupertino-based Apple has acquired music recognition service Shazam, in a deal worth a reported $400M. Apple confirmed the acquisition, but not financial details, of the acquisition this morning. Shazam is based in the UK, and was founded in 1999.
