ASIC Advantage Acquired By Microsemi

Sunnyvale-based ASIC Advantage, a developer of high-performance, high-voltage and radiation-hardened mixed-signal integrated circuit (IC) solutions for the aerospace, automotive, communications, industrial and medical markets, has been acquired by fellow semiconductor firm Microsemi. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
