Centellax Acquire By Microsemi
Santa Rosa-based Centellax, a developer of high speed, analog and RF semiconductors used in optical communications and Ethernet networking, has been acquired by Microsemi. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Centellax develops products such as MMIC amplifiers, frequency dividers, and prescalers, which are used as part of optical communications, and RF and microwave systems. MIcrosemi said the buy will help expand its communications product offerings.
