BIManywhere Acquired By Procore

Oakland-based BIManywhere, a developer of BIM (Building Information Management) software for the construction and facilities management market, has been acquired by Procore, a developer of construction management software. Financial details of the buy were not announced. According to Procore, BIManywhere's platform offers up a 3D viewing engine for helping with communications across project teams, through both a mobile app and web application. BIManywhere is based in Oakland, California, and was founded by Peter Wu and Winson Chu. Procore said it is hiring both of BIManywhere's co-founders, and hiring all of BIManywhere's employees, who will join the company's R&D team. Procore is based in Carpinteria, California.
