Box Prices IPO

Los Altos-based Box priced its IPO on Thursday evening, setting its IPO at $14.00 per share, and offering up 12,500,000 shares of its stock. BOX said it will begin trading this morning on the New York Stock Exchange as BOX. BOX is venture backed by Draper Fisher Jurvetson, U.S. Venture Partners, General Atlantic, Scale Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Meritech Capital Partners, along with others. The IPO is being underwritten by Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, BMO Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity, Pacific Crest Securities, Raymond James, and Wells Fargo Securities. BOX is a provider of cloud-based storage services.
