CaseCentral Acquired by Guidance Software

San Francisco-based CaseCentral, a venture-backed developer of e-discovery software, has been acquired by Guidance Software. The deal is worth $17.1M now, plus up to $33M in earnout over the next three years. CaseCentral was venture backed by Advanced Technology Ventures, Housatonic Partners, and Staenberg Venture Partners.
