TuitionCoach Acquired By SimpleTuition

San Mateo-based TuitionCoach, a website providing college financial guidance, has been acquired by Massachusetts-based SimpleTuition, SimpleTuition said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to the firms, Baker Pacific assisted TuitionCoach in the acquisition. SimpleTuition is venture backed by Atlas Venture, Flybrige Capital Partners, and North Hill Ventures.
