Cibo Acquired By projekt202

San Francisco-based brand experience design firm Cibo has been acquired by Dallas-based project202, a provider of user experience, software development, marketing, and other services. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. projekt202 said the deal will help it expand its U.S. footprint into the San Francisco market. projekt202 is led by CEO David Lancashire. Cibo was founded in 2010, and counts such clients as Tesla, Salesforce, Subaru Asia, SFMOMA, Lenovo, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Gymboree, Anki and Volcom. project202 says the new location will add to its existing offices in Dallas, Austin, Chicago, and Seattle, and to its more than 300 employees.
