ClaimRemedi Acquired By eSolutions

Santa Rosa-based ClaimRemedi, a developer of billing systems and services for the healthcare industry, has been acquired by Kansas-based eSolutions. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. ClaimRemedi was founded and was led by Peter Bowhall. eSolutions is backed by private equity investor Francisco Partners, which took a stake in the company in January of 2015.
