Codexis Finds $37M

Redwood City-based Codexis has raised a Series D round, saying this week that it has raised $37M in a round led by Bio*One Capital Pte Ltd of Singapore. Prior investors CMEA Ventures, Pequot Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures and Maxygen also participated. The Series D raises the amount the firm has raised to $72M. Codexis also said that it expects an additional $3M in the round in the next 60 days. Codexis develops small molecule therapeutics based on its proprietary synthetic chemistry. More information »
