Deco Software Acquired By Airbnb

San Francisco-based Deco Software, a developer of tools used by designers and engineers to build React applications, has been acquired by Airbnb, according to Deco. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Deco had developed tools to build React Native applications, which run on iOS, Android and Universal Windows. React--based on Javascript--was originally developed by Facebook. As part of the acquisition, Deco Software says it has open sourced its Deco IDE product.
