Airbnb Buys Vamo

San Francisco-based Airbnb said on Friday morning that it has acquired Vamo, a developer of flight and hotel search tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. As part of the acquisition, Vamo said it would be immediately shutting down its service, and joining the Airbnb team. Vamo was led by Ari Steinberg, and was based in Seattle.
