DVDPlay Acquired By NCR

Campbell-based DVDplay, an operator of DVD rental kiosks, has been acquired by NCR, NCR said Thursday. Financial terms of the buy weren't disclosed. DVDPlay operates a network of approximately 1300 kiosks in the U.S. and Canada. NCR said it will convert DVDPlay branded kiosks to its BLOCKBUSTER Express brand.
