Econometrix Acquired By COMSYS

Houston, Texas-based COMSYS IT Partners Inc. has acquired San Francisco-based vendor management systems software provider Econometrix Inc., COMSYS reported Tuesday. Terms of the transaction included the issuance of nearly 250,000 shares of COMSYS common stock to Econometrix shareholders in exchange for the 80 percent of Econometrix stock that COMSYS did not already own. Headquartered in Houston, COMSYS IT Partners is an information technology services company with 43 offices across the United States and more in Canada and the United Kingdom.
