EngageHD Acquired By Clearstream

San Francisco-based EngageHD, a developer of mobile video caching and delivery tools, has been acquired by Chicago-based Clearstream. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Clearstream, EnageHD's founder Dominic Bennett--who was Turn's SVP of Engineering--has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Bennett will continue to be based in San Francisco. Clearstream is a provider of video targeting tools.
