Engreen Acquired By ViaSat

San Jose-based Engreen, which was developing network virtualization technology, has been acquired by satellite communications technology provider ViaSat. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. ViaSat said it is acquiring Engreen to allow it to better manage its satellite-ground system.
