ePairs Acquired by Perficient

Cupertino-based IT consulting firm ePairs has been acquired by Texas-based Perficient, Perficient said Friday. The deal was worth $5.0M in a combination of cash and stock. According to Perficient, ePairs provides Oracle and Siebel consulting, and maintains a recruiting center in Chennai, India. The firm said that ePairs had approximately $6M in annual revenue. Perficient was advised by DecisionPoint International in the deal.
