Fathom Online Acquired By Geary Interactive

San Francisco-based Fathom Online, a developer of search engine marketing and search engine optimization tools and services, has been acquired. Geary Interactive, a digital marketing agency, said it purchased Fathom Online Monday, but did not disclose details of the deal. Fathom was venture backed by Constellation Ventures. Constellation's Liza Boyd joins Geary Interactive's board as part of the acquisition.
