Giftiki Acquired By LaunchRock

San Francisco-based Giftiki, a collaborative, group gifting service, has been acquired by launch buzz startup LaunchRock, the firm said today. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Giftiki was venture backed by Tim Draper, Crosslink Capital, GoldHill Capital, and Transmedia Capital. LaunchRock is also based in San Francisco.
