Google Buys ImageAmerica

Google said Friday that it has acquired ImageAmerica, a Missouri-based firm that builds high resolution cameras for aerial imaging. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ImageAmerica was the firm behind the high resolution, black and white imagery of New Orleans that Google posted after Hurrican Katrina.
