Google Buys Cronologics For Smart Watch Savvy

Google has acquired smart watch technology developer Cronologics--founded by ex-Google employees--to work on Android Wear. Cronologics, which announced the acquisition on Monday, did not disclose financial details of the acquisition. Cronologics' founders all were previously working on Google's Android efforts. Cronologics said it would join Google to help grow the portfolio of watches powered by Android Wear.
