Google Buys Timeful

Mountain View-based Google said Monday afternoon that it has acquired Timeful, the developer of a mobile app which helps organize your schedule and figure out how to coordinate access to Gmail's Inbox, Calendar, and other features to help users optimize their use of those tools. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
