HP Completes Neoware Acquisition

Palo Alto-based HP said today that it has completed its acquisition of Neoware, a provider of client computing and virtualization software. The deal was worth approximately $214M. Neoware was based in King of Prussia, Pa. Neoware becomes part of HP's Business Desktop unit, part of HP's Personal Systems Group. Neoware announced it was being acquired by HP in July.
