Humble Bundle Gets $4.48M
San Francisco-based Humble Bundle, a Y-Combinator startup which allows users to name their own price on videogames, has raised $4.48M in a funding round, according to a regulatory filing from the firm. The filing indicates the round was a Series A Preferred Stock funding. Source of the funding was not disclosed. Humble Bundle recently launched an offer from Frozenbyte, which bundles a number of games together which users can choose to pay what they want, and then distribute those payments between the developer or charity.
