Ingenio Acquired By AT&T

AT&T said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Ingenio, a provider of pay-per-call directory services. Ingenio operates a service which uses phone number tracking to advertise local companies. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ingenio was founded in 1999, and was venture backed by Benchmark Capital and the Carlyle Group.
