Overclock Labs Snags $1.3M For Cloud Management
San Francisco-based Overclock Labs, a developer of software for managing deployment of applications across multiple, cloud services, has raised $1.3M in a seed funding. The funding came from Auren Hoffman, CrunchFund, Steven Fan (Tencent), Charles Songhurst (Microsoft), Christopher Michel (Military.com), Tom Cole and Veronica Hu (Hone Capital), Jeremy Lizt (LiveRamp), Ethan Beard (Facebook), Itamar Novick (Life360), Mark Jacobstein (Guardant Health), Jeff Grimes (Sequoia Capital), Jose Vargas (AutoWeb), Matias de Tezanos (AutoWeb), Ashley Beitel, Scott Faber (Ingenio), and Dan Lynch (Brandcast). Overclock Labs' first product is called DISCO — Distributed Infrastructure for Serverless Computing Operations.
