Innotas Acquired By Planview

San Francisco-based Innotas, which develops cloud-based, IT project portfolio management (PPM) tools, has been acquired by Planview, the two announced this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Innotas was venture backed by ArrowPath Venture Partners, Velocity Interactive Group, and others, and was led by Kevin Kern.
