Intelenex Acquired By Emtec

Santa Rosa, California-based consulting services provider Intelenex has been acquired by Emtec, the two companies said this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Both companies provide consulting in the Oracle cloud applications market. Emtec is based in Radnor, Pa.
