Intelliden Acquired By IBM
IBM said this morning that it has acquired Menlo Park-based Intelliden, a developer of network automation software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Intelliden's software is used to automate configuration of network devices, including hubs, routers, and switches. According to IBM, the acquisition will strengthen its service management portfolio. Intelliden will become part of IBM Tivoli Software. Intelliden was venture backed by 3i Ventures, GGV Capital, Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Matrix Partners, mortonsgroup LLC, TELUS Ventures, and Westbury Partners, and had raised over $33.5M.
