Intelliden Finds $10M

Intelliden, a software firm developing enterprise networking management products, said today that it has raised $10M in a financing round. The round came from Matrix Partners, which led the financing, and also included existing investors 3i, Granite Global Ventures, Hercules Technology Growth Capital and Westbury Partners. Intelliden develops software used for monitoring enterprise networks. The company said the funding would go towards geographic expansion and customer acquisition. Intelliden has offices in Menlo Park, but is headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. More information »
