InterVision Systems Acquires Independent Technology Group

Santa Clara-based InterVision Systems, a provider of information technology solutions and services, said today that it has acquired Westlake Village, California-based Independent Technology Group, a provider of information technology services, including networking, storage, and security services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. According to InterVision, the acquisition will help expand the breadth of services it can deliver, as well as help it "size the vast opportunity" in Southern California. InterVision Systems is owned by private equity investor Huron Capital.
