IT Provider Buys SAP Specialist

Folsom, California-based Visionary Integration Professionals, an information technology solutions provider, said Wednesday that it has acquired Houston, Texas-based MyITgroup. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. MyITgroup provides SAP consulting, and had 400 employees and $62M in revenues in 2006. According to VIP, the deal creates a firm with over 800 staff and combined revenues of $150M. MyITgroup was advised by DecisionPoint International in the deal.
