Net Optics Buys Two Firms

Santa Clara-based NetOptics, a provider of hardware and software products to the enterprise and business market, reported today that it has acquired two firms. The firm said it has acquire Australian distributor Triplelayer, and sister company nMetrics, a provider of network and application analysis software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
