JasperLabs Acquired By DataXu

San Francisco-based JasperLabs, a developer of programmatic advertising software which helps brands better hone their online advertising, has been acquired by DataXu. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. DataXu is based in Boston. JasperLabs was founded by Stefan Lycyshyn.
