Lefora Acquired By CrowdGather

San Francisco-based Lefora, an operator of online community forums focused on the Internet and videogames, has been acquired by CrowdGather, an online forum network firm. Financial terms of the asset sale were not disclosed. CrowdGather said it is in a definitive agreement to buy the technical assets of Lefora, and will also hire key employees of the firm. The deal was an all-stock transaction. Lefora was launched in April of 2008, and was founded by Paul Bragiel.
