LetsTalk.com Acquired By Wireless Distribution Firm BrightStar

San Francisco-based online mobile retailer LetsTalk.com has been acquired by wireless distribution firm BrightStar, BrightStar announced this morning. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to the firms, LetsTalk will be rebranded as Consensus, and will be headed by David STritzinger, former CTO of Brightstar. Brighstar said the buy will enhance its services with a new e-commerce platform.
