Leverage Software Acquired By Telligent

San Francisco-based Leverage Software, a developer of enterprise social networking software, has been acquired by Telligent, a developer of enterprise social community software. Financia terms of the acuqisition were not disclosed. Leverage Software was founded in 2003, and was headed by John Stanton.
