LongJump Acquired By Software AG

Santa Clara-based LongJump, which develops platform-as-a-service products, helping enterprise developers deploy their applications in public or private clouds, has been acquired by Software AG. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. LongJump was founded by Pankaj Malviya.
